Preflight Move Object under Page content doesn't move Images!

I decide to use Adobe Preflight to move Page contents ( text, vectors and Images )

For example i need to reformat a little bit some book (about 60-100 pages)  in PDF format  and in the end move completly page content for few mm horizontally and vertically (original document isnt available) 

So i found in Preflight - Fixup :: Page Content - Move Object

Here i can choose or Apply on three main things (ie Apply to): All text objects

                                                                                                      All vector objects

                                                                                                      All Images

i can move everything except Images. Images doesent move at all!  

Pdf is produced by latest version of InDesign...I tried also on some random pfd i downloaded from internet...

can someone try this and explain why this preflight doesent move images?
