Hi charlief29361881,

Thanks for reporting the issue.

Seems like appdata is corrupted at your end.

Could you please try launching the Preflight dialog after deleting the Preflight appdata folder present at " ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/Preflight Acrobat Continuous".

Note: Deleting this folder would remove all the preferences, custom profiles, custom libraries and other user changes. Keep a backup of this folder if you need these changes in future.

Regards,

Priyanka

Seams to me à priori a rights problem or a disk space problem.

convert this to a question if you still can.

Hi charlief29361881 ,

Mentioned folder "Preflight Acrobat Continuous" is present inside the current users library and not inside the system library folder.

For navigating to the said path:

  1. Go to Finder.
  2. Press "Command +Shift+G" to launch the Go to the folder option.
  3. Type the path: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/ .
  4. Press ok.

Regards,

Priyanka
