Preflight Seitenkonvertierung (alles zu A4 etc.) nicht vorhanden

Hallo Acrobat-Community,

ich habe ein Problem mit dem Preflight-Tool, es zeigt mir nicht mehr das Profil an,
welches sämtliche Seiten von bspw. eingescannten Blättern auf A4 zuschneidet.
Erst hatte ich gar keine Profile, dann habe ich die auf meinem PC gespeicherten
importieren können. Ich bin mir auch im Klaren darüber, dass man selbst so ein
Profil anlegen kann, das will ich aber nicht. Ich möchte einfach das, was zuvor
standardmäßig immer vorinstalliert war. Eine Neuinstallation und Reparatur habe ich auch
schon vorgenommen.

Our engineering team is still working on this issue.

Also, as a workaround, please try to Disable the sandbox feature in Acrobat (under Preferences > Security (Enhanced) > Enable Protected Mode at startup (Preview)). In the case of empty Profiles (or generally), it is advisable to remove the Preflight preferences (%APPDATA%\Adobe\Acrobat\Preflight Acrobat Continuous) to get fresh libraries/profiles after the sandbox is disabled.

Note: keep a backup of the folder before removing it from AppData, as any custom profiles might get lost during the removing/renaming of folders.

I created my own fixes and do also use the enhance feature for
scans/pictures.
So, no further information necessary from your side (also quite late).
