Prepare form missing create new

Hi All, Hope your keeping safe and well.

PErhapos someone can help get me started please.

I have Adobe Acrobat DC

Just attempting to create a fill in form and the first task in the adobe  guide says to go to Tools, Prepare Form, Create new (or from file or scan).

Mine does not offer 'Create New' only File or Scan.

Any idea why?

Are using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ? Do you have a paid subscription of Acrobat Pro DC?

There is this option not available.

You can use a empty page for this.
