'Prepare Form' not working - no new form annotations detected

Explorer ,
Feb 16, 2018 Feb 16, 2018

I am working in illustrator. I saved my file as PDF, opened the file in Acrobat DC and clicked 'prepare form' and it says no new form annotations detected.

What am I doing wrong? Could it be the font? The way I am saving the PDF file.... any help very much appreciated!

You can set the text field's alignment as "Center", under Properties, Options.

This all sounds normal. Now the work of form design begins. You add buttons, text field, actions and so on.

Thanks for your reply! Is there any easy way to centre align text, so that it will always be centred in the document even when others edit the text in the field?
