Preparing PDF content window appears on opening the PDF

Hola, desde hace poco me sale esta ventana emergente al abrir cualquier documento PDF en Acrobat Pro DC, como puedo desactivarlo o dejar de verlo porque es muy molestoso y se demora. Antes no sucedia este proceso y se podia navegar mas fluidamente y rapida en un PDF. Ahora me sale esta ventana  "procesando las paginas". Espero me ayuden. Saludos

Thank you for reaching out.

As you receive the "Please wait while the document is being prepared for reading." window when you open the PDF, please try the steps suggested below:

1. In the application, go to Edit > Preferences > Reading.

2. Under "Screen Reader Options" select "Only read the currently visible pages".

3. Click on the OK button provided at the bottom of the preferences window.

Check if that helps.
