Preserve font when converting from Word to PDF - MAC

We store Word documents on Sharepoint and use a PowerAutomate flow to convert them to PDFs with the "Convert Word Document to PDF" action. The Word file uses the Futura PT font, which is embedded. However, when the file is converted to a PDF, the font is changed to Century Gothic.

I have also downloaded this Word file to my desktop and tried to convert to PDF from there using the Adobe ribbon, and same issue happens - the font is changed from Futura PT to Century Gothic. 

How can we make sure the font stays at Futura PT? Thank you!
