Preset specifies a profile that is not available.

Not sure if this is the right community for this question, may be more a Distiller issue.

I'm currently working on a newspaper design, it's not the first time we're making a newspaper for this client. The first two times the printed version came out quite dark and flat. So I asked the printig house what PDF profile I should use for better results. They send me a folder with different files.

Ik clicked the .joboptions files, it ran through Distiller and thought it would be done with this action.
Now I tried a PDF export with this profile and got an error.

''The preset specifies a profile that is not available. The working CMYK profile will be used instead.''

What does this actualy mean, does it mean my print still won't come out as intended? I know news paper print is different so it won't be as vibarant due to ink covarage. But will the right profile be used or not?

If not how can I add the right profile the right way. I'm working on a 2019 iMac, Sonama 14.5.
Thanks in advance!
