Print Comments with connecting lines

I was able to print my comments with my PDF by changing the page size and placing the comments in the white space.  I would like to also print the connecting lines. At the moment I am only able to see them with the option checked and by mousing over the comments. Is there a way I can have them all appear and print them? Thanks!

No, as those are visual aides on the screen only. You will need to add actual comments that connect the two in order to do that. This can be done using a script, but it won't update automatically if you then move the popup box somewhere else.
