Print Issue when text boxes with transparent background overlaps another object

New Here ,
Mar 12, 2024 Mar 12, 2024

the first picture is original pdf shown in Adobe Acrobat Reader,

and the second one is PDF printed by Adobe PDF.

As you can see, there's some difference between two images.

Texts behind the big text is shown properly like the first image, but when printing texts behind the big text sometimes do not match origninal PDF like the second image.

Somehow the text is very blurry. And it doesn't happen for all texts.

What should I check to avoid this issue?

Hi @Yeonseung36043867xg86

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20615 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Try to print the PDF as image. Open the PDF > Go to Print > Advanced > Print as Image  and see if that works.

Also check for any pending/missing updates for the print driver and firmware and try updating it and check. Also go through the help page https://adobe.ly/43vgSUL and see if that works.
