print to pdf and add an overlay to it

Hi,

I've made a pdf file in adobe dc pro which is basically some buttons.

Is it possible to add this pdf file/button overlay to every file I print to pdf?

example: 
excel file -> microsoft print to pdf
this creates a pdf but I want to have the buttons on it I created in DC pro.

I know how to do it in DC pro but I want it as standard so everyone who uses the option 'print to pdf' has those buttons on the pdf.
Is this possible?
