Printer printed 10 times what I selected

I have a Mac, version 13.4.1. This morning I selected my pdf to print 10 copies, double sided. I got 100 copies. 

I do not have this problem with Scrivner, Word, Notes, or EverNote. It is not an issue with my printer settings. This happens routinely with PDF when printing multiple copies. Is there a fix for it?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat let you print double-sided if your printer supports that feature. The printer driver controls the options, not Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Check your printer documentation to see what features your printer supports.
