I use Adobe Acrobat reader to print game maps to. I have an 11 x 17 printer and the maps are 36 x 24 so by reducing the size slightly I can print the map on 4 sheets user the poster setting. I have done this successfully numerous times. Recently I tried to print some more of these maps but Acrobat is adding a 3" border around the map when I go to print. The map looks just fine in the normal view and the border only appears in print preview (and on the printed page). Acrobat is doing this even on maps I've previously successfully printed. What is happening and how do I stop it?
BTW: I am setting the print to borderless printing.

Hi Tasc
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting a 3 inch border around the document when printing.
Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing and the screenshot of the selections you have made in the print window of Adobe Acrobat DC? Please select 'Fit' under page size and handling and see if that works for you.
Also make sure you have the latest version of the application Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once and check.
You may also try out the steps/suggestions made in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/crop-pdf-pages.html#remove_white_margins and see if that works for you.
Regards
Amal
