Printing booklet pages missing

Hello,

I have been printing some PDF booklets with no problems, but this particular file always prints with pages missing. The crazy thing is that the little preview screen you get in the print prompt shows the pages correctly, but when they print, some pages are blank! For example, page 3 in the preview (below) doesn't print with the picture of the lady, that side of the page is blank! HELP!
