Printing downloaded file

We have to download and print many pdf in our business. I will download and save to a file from a client and then try to print and it won't print, especially if it is multiple pages. One page will print but it will not print more than 2 pages it just states on the printer doc printing page that the "Printing is connected to the printer", but nothing prints for hours. Why? I need these docs printed for clients and court cases.

There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs

Can you print to PDF?

And then open Acrobat and print the newly saved file?

I have downloaded then reopened and tried to print,

I have tried to print from download.

I went back a couple of days later to print.

All to no avail. In fact I just had a file that was 12 pages that needed to
be printed and left the printer on overnight and it still didn't print.

Please Advise.

Your files are likely corrupted in some way.  That's why I asked if you can "PRINT TO PDF?"

If that fails, you'll need to get the sender to provide you with a better document that will print.
