Our office uses a fillable form to print, Several clerks used that form for over year and had no issues with the printing layoot of the fillable fields. However, today we have encountered something unusual. Each clerk used the same form document, filled it the same way, printed it (using the FORM FIELDS ONLY option) and received different printing results (all use the same netowork printer) and the same printing settings, and have the same Adobe acrobat DC version (updated on March 02 2022). Also print driver is up to date on the server. First person had all the filled fields printed to high, second person had fields printed perfectly (but few hours later she tried to print the form again and printed field texts were misaligned), third person had the fields printed choatically (some to high, some to low, some to the left, some were okay).
Could you please help us to resolve the problem of printing the fillable field text?
Kind regards,
Barbara
