Printing highlighted text ONLY

Hi all 
I have Adobe Acrobat and MS Office 365. I need to print / export to Word ONLY the highlighted text from the *pdf document.

The "Comment summary" tool doesn't work because it shows only: "edited". I set the preference "to include text in comments" but it still doesn't work.

Any solutions to that problem?

Does the text appear in the Comments panel, under each highlight? Did you create the highlights after setting the preference to copy the selected text into the comments?
