Hello all,
I have a document that is A6 in size and multiple pages (175). I have managed to sort the pages so that duplex print gives me 4 pages to an A4 sheet. It woks well but there is an issue. With the setting for each page to be actual size I was expecting the 4 pages to allow me to simply make to cuts to have 4 A6 pages.
The problem is that when I select the print option for A4 it shows all margins at 25mm and they cannot be changed. General opinion is that this due to the printer not handling borderless printing. My printer is a Samsung Colour Laser - CLX-6260FW so I have also opened a ticket with Samsung.
I can print the original Word document as 4 pages to a sheet and the margins are perfect so this makes me think the fault lays within Acrobat and not the printer. Unfortunately the headers in the document vary and we have automated numbering so any attempt to swap pages around just does not work. So we have to print our pdf version.
Anybody got any ideas how we can get around this issue?
Many thanks
David

For the amount of money I spend with Adobe you would have thought that after raising a ticket that the first line tech could not solve after an hour of remote access, that once it was escalated I would get some faster response. Will soon be a week at this rate.
Disappointed indeed!
