New Here ,
Feb 18, 2019 Feb 18, 2019

After the update to 2019.010.20091 I can´t print more than 5 pages to pdf.   Adobe Acrobat Pro DC stops

and can only be terminated with Task Manager.

Versions:  Windows 10 pro    (Releas 1809) also testet with 1803

Acrobat Pro DC:  2019.010.20091

Quark: 2016

Uninstalled and tried with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2015.006.30306  and it works fine.

I would Export layout as PDF from Quark, rather than printing to a PDF, that said, I don't know why it stopped working.

Hey bernde77344998

Thanks for reporting this to us. Have you started experiencing this issue immediate after installing the latest patch of Acrobat version 2019.010.20091? Was is working fine earlier with the version 2019.010.20069?

Looking at the scenario explained above, application seems to be freezing during the process. You may refer to the troubleshooting steps suggested in the help article here: Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows

Regards,

Akanchha
