Printing to Canon iR-ADV C5250 from Adobe Reader DC

I have a document created from excel.  If i print from adobe acrobat to my Canon iR-ADV C5250/5255 PS3 the document prints fine.  When I try printing the same document using Adobe Reader Version 2017.009.20044 to the Canon it always thinks it is a custom paper size.  the document is a standard 8.5 X 11.00 document. When i print the same document to a lexmark 810 it prints without issues.  Anyone having similar issues?

Hi RFBasser,

Sorry for the delayed response.

According to the issue description, when printing a pdf (created in Excel) in Adobe Acrobat, it prints fine, but the same pdf file prints with custom size in Acrobat Reader, am i correct?

Check if Custom Scale isn't set under Print dialogue>Page Sizing & Handling.

Below is the screenshot:

Have you tried printing other pdfs in Reader?

Which Operating System is installed on the computer?

Keep us posted with the results.
