Problème à l'ouverture d'un pdf "une erreur est survenue pendant la lecture d'un flux"

Bonjour,

Nous avons une application qui génère un PDF puis l'ouvre dans le lecteur par défaut.

La personne a Acrobat 2024.004.20272 64 bits d'installé, et lors de l'ouverture du PDF, qui contient 8 images, le message d'erreur "une erreur est survenue pendant la lecture d'un flux" survient. Certaines images ne sont pas complètes.

Quand j'ouvre le même PDF dans Chrome, aucun problème.

Quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème?

Chances are that there indeed is an error in the file. Different viewers react in different ways to errors in PDFs. Many try to repair them but not in the same way. So for certain broken PDFs some PDF viewers are more successful repairing the issue than others.

Nonetheless, the issue in such situations is not the viewer but the file.

Can you share an example file illustrating the issue for analysis?
