Problème impression PDF Acrobat Pro

Bonjour à tous

Sur l'un de mes PC clients, j'ai des souci d'impression.

Le PC est équipé de la dernière version d'Acrobat Pro DC.

Lorsque j'ouvre un PDF avec ce logiciel j'ai une erreur au moment de l'impression

"une erreur est survenue lors de l'impression"

J'ai déjà essayé de désactiver ou activer le mode protégé mais rien n'y fait

Avez vous une idée ?

Hi there

 

Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to print? Please try to print a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please downod it to your computer locally and then try to print and check.

 

Also make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also please check for any missing/pending updates for printer driver and firmware and try updating it and check. You may also try to remove the printer driver and reboot the computer once and then try to reinstall the driver from the manufacturer web site and check.

Bonjour Amal,

Le problème est présent avec tous les fichiers PDF présent sur l'ordinateur.

La version d'Adobe est bien la dernière en date.

Idem pour l'imprimante.

J'ai essayé de désinstaller et réinstaller Acrobat mais le problème persiste.

Néanmoins j'ai installé la version gratuite d'Acrobat Reader DC et les PDF s'impriment sans problème

Pouvez-vous confirmer que les pilotes de l'imprimante sont a jour?

 

Adobe a un logiciel, Adobe CC Cleaner before you try to reinstall Acrobat DC
