Problem beim Anmelden mit der Adobe ID

New Here ,
Mar 20, 2025 Mar 20, 2025

Hallo!

Starte zuerst Acrobat oder wende dich an deinen Administrator. {h0}Weitere Informationen{h0}

@jürgen_7482 did I just read this correctly? 'We bought and installed Adobe Acrobat 2000 with the correct serial number?'

Are you trying to install that on today's computers? I am shocked if you were able to install that on Windows 11 or even on a new OS on a MAC! The "Welcome to Acrobat's OAuth page" and the subsequent "Sorry, an error has occurred" message suggest that it's trying to connect to an online service that's likely no longer compatible or even active for a version this old. The online systems Acrobat 2000 relied on have changed drastically over the years. Unfortunately, because this is a very old version of Acrobat, the online parts of the software are no longer supported. The best solution would be to look into a modern PDF solution that is compatible with current operating systems.

You can get the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (just get it dtraight from adobe's website. https://get.adobe.com/reader

Hello!

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

Please reboot the machine once and use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the currently installed Acrobat Residual files from previous installations, which can interfere with new installations and activation. Reboot the machine and install Acrobat 2020. Use the serial number for activation. You can also refer to this article and try the suggestions: https://adobe.ly/4c0DvER

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
