I am editing a Japanese pdf using Acrobat Pro. I want to change the font and size of text across all rows in the table all at once, instead of line by line. But after highlighting table, it doesn't allow me to use the editing tool. Instead it suggested I export the page. So I exported it as Excel but it show funny characters, some if which can't be read. Any tips how to fix this?

This table is an image, not real text. As such, you can't change the font in it. You need to go back to the original file, make the changes there, and then create a new PDF. Trying to do this type of editing in Acrobat is going to be very difficult, if at all possible.
