When I go to print a pdf I get a blank print preview and am unable to print the document.

I can print a test page on my printer and the adobe test page but not the actual document.

I've reatrted Pc, reload Adobe and nothing.

Any thoughts on what to do: this is now becoming time critical!

TIA

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.2.20191. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Do you get any error messages when you try to print the PDF file? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Please go to the Acrobat Print window and under  Comments and forms, select 'Documents and Markups' as shown below:

Please try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that helps.

Also, try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

Regards

Amal
