on MacOS Catalina and BigSur we have a problem with printing from Acrobat Reader with authorized printing. The Auth is set on a Printer (Bizhub c250i). The problem doesn't occur when we want to print from Word, native MacOS PDF viewer, or other software - only occurs when we want to print from Acrobat Reader. Scenario:
Authorized printing saved.
1. Open ducument
2. Click print
3. Click print
*Not Printing*
1. Open document,
2. Click print,
3. Printer settings (just open, and close window)
4. Click print,
*Printing*
Here you can find the TeamViewer video of the issue. Does anyone have an idea what is the problem? The issue occurs for few users no matter whether they are on Catalina or BigSur.
