Every time I try to print a document that has colour bleed off the page, it prints with a white/blank margin around the bleed. The PDF has been saved properly with a bleed and in the preview window, it show's the colour bleed.
I have tried printing in many different ways but still get this blank margin, how can I print with the colour bleed?
Please help it's driving me crazy!

The Envy printer is advertised as borderless printing.
Did you set the printer properties as borderless printing?

Borderless printing is done by printing on oversized paper and then cutting to size. Some inkjet printers can print borderless. That’s done by moving the print head over the paper border.
Standard printers, however, keep a border.
To know how to help you should give information on your printer, paper size and design size. Your OS would also be of use.

Ahh thank you, I hadn't thought to check the printer properties and will check them later today when back in the office.
