I am putting audio comments on a scanned pdf. When I play back the comment there is significant background hiss. I have changed the microphone volume, that does not remove the hiss. I have tried different input microphones (internal computer, and external Jabra), that does not remove the hiss. I have recorded the audio comment on two different laptops, and they have the same problem with background hiss.
I checked and recorded a note on a ppt file, and there was no background hiss. So it is something inherent to Acrobat Pro DC.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Bob

Hi,
What is this sound file, an mp3?
Also, what is the latest version update in your Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

Did anyone find fix for this - I'm having the same issue.

Yes, me too. Otherwise this feature is brilliant for my needs as a visually-impaired university lecturer leaving feedback comments on student work.
Fingers crossed it can be addressed soon!

I posted about this as well, about half a year ago... The problem still persists, even though Acrobat has been revamped. Do they even monitor these posts?

Maybe even a year ago, if not more. I don't know. Just know it's been a long time, and definitely before the "upgrade" where I can't find anything anymore, even though everything occupies so much space.
