problem with form fields being appearing blurred

I have a form that I've created in acrobat and then uploaded to adobesign.  everything appears fine until the form is filled in and returned and then the fields appear like this

 

Its seems like some sort of font size error?    does anyone know how i might fix this.  It seems like it is a recent issue.

It looks like you have overlapping fields.

Yes it does but that isn't the case.  The behaviour is happening inside the field
