If you have any antivirus or backup software running, turn them off temporarily. They might lock installation files and prevent Windows Installer service from accessing them.

Other than that, make sure that your Acrobat installer file (EXE or MSI) has valid digital signature before starting installation.

Do you have enough disk space and memory?

I tried to disable the antivirus but nothing changes. Yes I have enought memory and disk space. It seems to that the Acrobat Installer file is good, how can I be sure?

blop135,

It is possible that Windows Installer Service unable to use DLL mentioned in your error message because some of this DLL dependencies are missing or corrupt.

The are more than a few dependencies (files installed with operating system, such as Microsoft runtime DLLs, etc.). Finding which one could be causing the issue is not a simple process.

I would suggest to try to check for OS updates and install latest, or see if you can repair OS.
