Problem with serial number not being recognized

I have a problem with the serial number it tells me it does not recognise the number give me back in 2014 my order number for the product I brought ADOBE ACROBAT XI Pro (windows English) AD005925652AU  can you help me with this problem

- page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows

- includes link to your Adobe account to check for registered serial numbers

- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer

I have already checked the serial number on my account that is registered, and it doesn't work in the downloaded program I have done now can you tell why this is the case

I need the program to work, we have paid $637 Aus for this and I don't think it is reasonable that we can not talk to anybody about it and get proper help
