Problema al guardar archivo después de editar

Buenos dias, cada vez que edito un documento e intento guardarlo me aparece un mensaje como el que aparece en la foto adjunta y no tiene nadie abierto el archivo y no es solo de lectura, que solucion puede haber para mi problema, gracias

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different file and check.

Also make sure you have the recent version of the application 22.1.20142 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer
