Problema al guardar un archivo con Word con texto en negrita a pdf.

Tengo un problema cuando guardo un archivo de word en formato pdf, sucede que el texto que tengo en el archivo word con negritas al pasarlo al formato pdf, las negritas del texto desaparecen.

Is this an issue with a particular Word file or all the files, please try with a different file and check.

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to create the PDF from Word? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

Please try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon in the MS Word toolbar and see if that works, for more info. please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/creating-simple-pdfs-acrobat.html
