Problema entre factura y extracto de tarjeta

Mí factura contiene los impuestos de mí país, por lo tanto está exenta de más impuestos. Este mes el cargo apareció en dólares y en Argentina los pagos en dólares sufren un incremento del 10% por el impuesto país más un 30% por otro impuesto. Si pago el cargo en dólares debo pagar doble imposición, porque esos impuestos mencionados ya están contemplados en mí factura, por eso está exenta. No sé cómo solucionarlo, mí tarjeta no se hace cargo.
