He comprado el lote de adobe Acrobat premium anuel cerre mi cuenta iCloud por un tiempo de mi teléfono u lo he vuelto abrir y a descargar la app y no me aparece la suscripción premium y dice qué hay un error como lo puedo solucionar ayudaaa🥹

As per the issue description that you are unable to use the premium subscription. It could be because you might be signed in with a different email, kindly check if the email you have used on the app is the same on which you have the subscription active.
