Problema

Da qualche settimana il programma READER non si apre digitando il file .exe anche in qualità di amministratore di sistema, nè fa più prire i files con estensione .pdf.

Ho disinstallato e reinstallato il programma ma il problema rimane.

Come poter risolvere il problema?.

Hope you are doing well.

 

Is it Acrobat Pro (paid product) that you have been trying to run here or the freeware Acrobat Reader?

 

Seems the .exe is either corrupted or damaged. So, you need to do a complete cleanup and start fresh.

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

  • Download the Acrobat Pro installer from here:

  • Download the Acrobat Reader (freeware) installer from here:
