Problemas con la herramienta de anotación

Con la nueva versión, no he conseguido acceder al uso de las herramientas de anotación "reemplazar", "agregar texto" o "eliminar" a través del teclado, como se hacía en la versión anterior. La única manera es mediante clic derecho del mouse, pero esta acción se vuelve mucho más dispendiosa.
