Ich habe mein Jahresabo innerhalb der 14 Tage nach meinem Kauf gekündigt. Nun wird mir trotzdem Geld abgebucht und mein Abo wird mir unverändert angezeigt.

Warum hat die Kündigung nicht geklappt?
