Problems at identifying a signature while i am signing documents

New Here ,
May 15, 2025 May 15, 2025

I have problems when displaying the different signatures I work with. This stops in the signature menu. This is because the header of all the signatures is the same (they are government issued signatures and cannot be changed). Is there any way to decrease this text to be able to see the whole line of text of this signature?

Hi Kevinacs_,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please share a screenshot of the signature type you are referring to here.

If you are trying to reduce the size of the signature, it depends on how the form was created. If you have added the form fields, then you can adjust the field size on which the signature will be added.

Please let us know if you are signing the document sent to you or the one you created. Are you using the Acrobat application to add the signature or the Acrobat Sign?

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
