Problems locating OCR text

My Acrobat is no longer able to locate OCR text in a pdf.  The weird thing is that when I search using ctrl+f it will show that there are results, but if I try to see the location of those results it tells me that no matches were found.  But I can select the text, and in this example you can see that it's already been selected.  

I have older files that were OCR'd a couple of years ago and I am not seeing this problem.

A wrinkle in the problem... the advanced find works just find.

My Acrobat is whatever the most current CC version is.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

We made many performance enhancements in terms of OCR with the subsequent releases.

Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20241) and let us know if the issue is fixed for you?

If not, please share a few details for further investigation:

1. The OS and its version of your computer;

2. A screen recording of the event;

3. A sample file where you experience this issue to test in-house.
