Frequently I receive pdf documents from others who have tried to mark color on existing pdf drawings. The color in the original pdf prints fine, but what the correspondent added to highlight something, and sometimes text they have added, won't print at all. The only thing printing (including colors) is the original pdf. I can see the color they added on my screen, but nothing I attempt can get the added color to print. I don't know what software they used to add their marks/shading, probably a variety of softwares. How is it that I can see their color but cannot print it correctly? I don't know if its something in how they saved their marks/edits....attached is an example. The color overlay is visible but will not print for me, despite my trying different things in the Advanced dialog box choices.
