Problems when converting PDF to Word

New Here ,
Oct 29, 2019 Oct 29, 2019

When using the test version i converted my PDF files to Word. When done, the text where in tables and this made it easy for me to edit the Word document. Now after buing the program, my text are put in to text boxes whe cenverted from PDF to Word. And this is the same file as used in the test version.

My problem is, that i can not edit as my project needs, when the text are i text boxes. So why this change and can i work around it/ do something, so that the text again are in tables when cenverted ??

MS Office 365 and Acrobat DC Pro.

I open my PDF from Acrobat DC Pro - then click on export in the right side, choose "Word-document" to convert into and the click the export button. Then i choose to save my document and herafter it opens in word.

Hi,

I apogize for following up with you so late.

Have you been able to work around the export?

I forgot to ask you if you can share a screenshot of the end result that you are describing, or share a sample file so that an Adobe rep can reproduce the scneario on their end.

In any case, have you try to disble the security levels of the Macros in your MS Word application and see how that works?

Also you may try disabling any Visual Basic and Visuall C++ add-ins in MS Word and try exporting again.
