Problems with Adobe Acrobat Pro: I need help

Good morning everyone!

I have some problems with Adobe Acrobat PRO. In a nutshell, I can neither authenticate with my account nor request electronic/digital signatures. When I click on the "Login" button, it's as if the latter is deactivated. The same thing happens to me when I try to request an electronic signature. The moment I go to click on the 'Specify where the recipient must sign' button, nothing happens. Then I had some difficulty using the normal digital signature option. I am making this post again because the first one was definitely deleted: I went to check the threads in the "Adobe Acrobat" section, and my thread, which I wrote yesterday, is no longer there. I hope someone can help me find a solution to my problem. Thank you in advance for your answers

Hi @Paul2799761537nt

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

With Sign services, there was some outage reported. Which has now been rectified, and services are back. Please check at your end; there is likely a chance that your Adobe Sign service might have been impacted due to that. But it should not be up and running fine.

If not, then login to Document Cloud web and see if you can access the sign service.

If it's not affected because of that, then try this:

1- Restart Acrobat

2- Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Download the Acrobat installer from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Nothing works?? Please share the screenshot of how does Specify where the recipient must sign button looks like at your end.

Thanks,

Akanchha
