Hi there,
Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.
Were you trying to use Adobe PDF as a Printer or any other PDF printer e.g. Microsoft print to PDF printer?
There's likely a chance that a file is stuck in the printer's queue, which is causing trouble proceeding with further tasks.
Check the Device and Printer and see if there's anything pending in your printer's queue. If yes, you need to cancel all documents.
Thanks,
Akanchha

It seems like you're encountering an issue with your PDF printer where it's stuck on a file in a "waiting" state, preventing you from creating new PDFs. To resolve this problem, you can try the following steps:
1. **Restart the Print Spooler Service:**
- Press `Win + R` to open the Run dialog.
- Type `services.msc` and press Enter to open the Services window.
- Scroll down and find "Print Spooler" in the list.
- Right-click on "Print Spooler" and select "Restart."
2. **Clear the Print Queue:**
- Open the Control Panel.
- Go to "Devices and Printers."
- Right-click on your PDF printer and select "See what's printing."
- In the new window that opens, go to the "Printer" menu and select "Cancel All Documents."
3. **Check the PDF Printer Properties:**
- Right-click on your PDF printer and select "Printer properties."
- Navigate to the "Advanced" tab.
- Ensure that "Print directly to the printer" is selected, as this can sometimes resolve spooling issues.
4. **Check for Driver Updates:**
- Visit the website of the manufacturer of your PDF printer and check for driver updates. Installing the latest driver may fix the problem.
5. **Reinstall the PDF Printer:**
- If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the PDF printer. To do this, go to "Devices and Printers," right-click on the PDF printer, and select "Remove device." Then, reinstall the printer using the manufacturer's instructions.
6. **Check for Software Conflicts:** Sometimes, conflicts with other software can cause printing issues. Ensure that no other applications are interfering with the PDF printer's functionality.
7. **Check for Corrupted PDF Files:** If the issue is specific to a particular PDF file, it's possible that the file itself is corrupted. Try printing a different PDF to see if the problem persists.
8. **Check for Windows Updates:** Ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date, as updates may include fixes for printing-related issues.
After performing these steps, try to print to the PDF printer again. Hopefully, one of these solutions will resolve the problem and allow you to create new PDFs without any issues.
