Protect multiple files

Hello everyone,

I followed the below intruction to set password to butch of pdf files. However, almost all the files can be viewed without the password but with restriction that I can't print it. And I want to cancel the protection so I insert the password that I set it in the Action Wizard. Unfortunately, it doesn't work and told me my password is wrong. 

Is there anyone have the same problem? and how to solve it? Thank you so much!

Have you set a open and a permission password?

I did set the open file password but not permission password. Some files did succeed that I need to enter the password to view, but most of them not.
