I've had Adobe CS6 for a few years. Two years ago the whole Adobe suite abruptly stopped working. I vaguely remember closing a pop-up about giving feedback to Adobe, but it was two years ago I'm not sure of the specifics. I tried all of the standard troubleshooting: restarting the computer, un-installing and re-installing adobe, running as administrator, running compatability modes, etc, etc. Nothing worked. I haven't been able to open pdfs on any of my computers since. Three days ago, I had to re-install another program (nothing to do with Adobe) and solved the problem with that software, thought I'd try re-installing adobe too. Didn't really expect anything, because I had previously tried re-installing with no luck. But surprisingly, this time it worked. It worked for 3 days. Today, I had a pop-up asking if I wanted to participate in a feedback survey sending data to adobe. I was on the phone with a co-worker and trying to read the info in the pdf, so I hastily clicked "maybe later". Ever since I clicked "no", I haven't been able to get into any adobe programs. No error messages or anything, they just don't open. Same as before, none of the troubleshooting steps are working. Are we really being penalized for opting not to send feedback? I don't necessarily mind sending the feedback and if I knew how to bring up the pop-up again I would click "yes". Is there a way to "unblock" my software?

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Adobe CS6 is an old and EOL application. It is no longer supported on the latest Mac and Win OS.
For more information about Adobe supported product versions, please go through the help page: https://adobe.ly/49rncOv
Hope this information will help.

I realize it's no longer supported, my point is it's kind of a jerk move to disable the product because I didn't opt in to your survey. The product was working just fine prior to that pop up.

I highly doubt that's what's happening. It's probably illegal.

I'm not necessarily assuming it was intentional. There would be something in the coding that turned off the tracker/reporter if someone opted out of the survey. I assume there's a glitch in the coding that also turns off the software as a whole. There are multiple people reporting the exact same issues. The jerky part that upsets me is that the company is doing nothing to fix it. I get that the software is older, and I get the concept of "no longer supported", but when the bug in the software is your fault you should fix it regardless of whether it's older software.
