Hi,
It looks like the QR code is external to the website, so depending on your settings, the converter may not be able to download the image. Can you post you conversion settings?
It would also be useful if you can provide more information about your problem, rather than a shout of "PLS HELP ME". The forum is a place for users of Adobe products to get help, there may be other people that are having a similar issue to you but there is no real way to search for your query.
