Query regarding batch processing in Acrobat Pro DC version 2018

Community Beginner ,

Hello Everybody,

I have created an action in Acrobat Pro DC version 2018 which converts image PDFs into Searchable PDFs and I have two questions regarding this action:

1.      How can I schedule it to run every day at a scheduled time? I have checked on google and there are some articles about batch processing in 'Advanced'  options but I am not able to find it in version I have (Acrobat Pro DC version 2018)

2.      Is there a way to supress 'Save File' warning that I get for every file that I change using this action.

Appreciate your help.

1. Not possible. Acrobat is not built for this kind of automatic processing.

2. Add a Save command to your Action...

Second part works perfectly. Thanks!

For first question, is there no way to automate it? Can I trigger it through external script or a web service call?

No. Adobe doesn't want people to use Acrobat like that, on purpose.

Thanks for clarifying.

Can you help me with one more question? Can I use a keyboard short cut to open 'Action Wizard' and then to run an Action?
