Question concerning Hyperlinks to network share

Hi everyone

Generating a PDF via Word (Save As --> PDF) with various links.
Mailto (opening in mail default software) + internal document link work as intended.

Links to internal network ressources do not open (pdf conversion from net share path to UNC path works): I have a security warning concerning trusting the site, where the document is located (intranet net share).
I am aware of the security settings in the adobe trust manager - can set up whatever I want, it's not changing anything.

Can open the generated UNC paths in a browser without any problem.

Any hints? GPO / registry setting?
