Quick Toolbar changes when selecting Fill & Sign

Set up quick toolbar with tools, but when i select "Fill & Sign"  it changes my quick toolbars which then forces me to close extra menus just to have access to my "Quick" (how is it quick....lets be real) tools. How can I set it up so my quick toolbar doesn't change? Every forced extra click/mouse movement is lost time and extra carpal tunnel stress.

How my quicktoolbar looks normally

How quicktoolbar looks when Fill & Sign selected, this now forces me to move my mouse, click close, in order to get access to my original quick toolbar.

Hi @Daniel38369476mgua

That is expected behavior.
When you try to use 'Fill and Sign,' it disables the comment functions and allows a user to use only Fill and Sign. Let us know if you have more questions.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.2089x installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here (https://adobe.ly/3zCvV4d) and see if that works.
